About Landmark Computers

Landmark Computers is a division of Landmark Enterprises USA, LLC, a local family-owned and operated business in the White Lake Area. Landmark Computers was opened in May of 2006 to provide White Lake area residents and businesses with a local source for quality, professional computer sales and repair services.

Mission Statement

Our goal at Landmark Computers is to provide our customers with individual solutions to meet their specific computer-related needs in a timely fashion with high-quality results. We believe that doing business should be based on establishing relationships, and that all customers, business or residential, are real people with real needs.  Therefore, all of our customers are important to us, and their concerns become our concerns. Since all relationships are based on the element of trust, we strive to maintain uncompromised integrity in all areas of our company. Honesty, accessibility, and professionalism form the standard which we strive to maintain at all times.

Because we are human, we will occasionally make mistakes. When that happens, we will take responsibility for our mistakes and do everything we can to make things right. Because our customers are also human, we understand that they can make mistakes, as well. Although we do not operate under the philosophy that the customer is always right, we do believe that the customer is always important, and will strive to help our customers and meet their needs in any way that we are able.

Our best advertising is our customers. We are not satisfied with customer satisfaction--our goal is to go beyond expectations to delight our customers so they will continue to rely on our services and tell others about us.
